Dropbox: Selected Works
Throughout my time at Dropbox, I've contributed to three teams spanning core product experiences and new initiatives: Sharing Experience, where I clarified sharing permissions with a people-first approach to build transparency and trust; Admin & Accounts, where I designed scalable, product-agnostic purchasing flows and helped evolve the admin console for a multi-product ecosystem; and DocSend, where I led the mobile web redesign, surfacing granular permission settings and partnering closely with engineers to ensure design consistency.

Sharing Experience: AI Features
I designed a tooltip hover state that introduces Dropbox's new AI features into the sharing flow, one of the highest trafficked surfaces on Dropbox. Through abstract UI, I communicated how the features will help users consolidate content across cloud platforms and collaborate more effectively with their teams.
Multi-Product Store
I created vision designs for Dropbox’s Multiproduct Shop (Marketplace), exploring how it could function as a centralized hub to showcase and provision Dropbox’s full suite of products. By embedding Marketplace into high-visibility navigation surfaces, I aimed to drive awareness and cross-product adoption, especially among business admins without dedicated sales support. My design work highlighted how thoughtful integration and clear product storytelling could elevate visibility across the ecosystem and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Multi-Product Checkout
I contributed to the designs of the billing page as part of Dropbox’s multi-product enablement efforts, creating a scalable, product-agnostic purchasing flow that supports both current and future offerings. My work balanced clarity and flexibility with the goal of helping admins easily understand, purchase, and manage multiple products. I collaborated closely with engineers to anticipate and resolve edge cases in its implementation, ensuring a seamless and reliable purchasing experience.
Admin Console Billing Page
I contributed to the redesign of Dropbox’s billing page, helping create a clear, centralized view for admins to see when trials were ending, upgrade plans, manage licenses, and update payment methods. After the project’s initial phase, I took the lead on refining and carrying the design forward towards implementation.
DocSend: Granular Permissions Redesign
I stepped in to lead the redesign of DocSend’s granular permissions, creating mobile web designs that made advanced settings intuitive and accessible for teams managing sensitive content. I explored interaction patterns that balanced flexibility with clarity, so users could quickly set the right level of control without feeling overwhelmed.
